My first full day back in the states has been pretty smooth.  I remote assisted a person monitoring in Ghana this morning.  It was really cool to be able to do  it via screen sharing.  I was able to adjust settings while she went and checked electrodes.  It was almost like I was right there!  Almost....but not quite!

So far, I've realized that I've learned to let go, and just go with the flow.  There's no point in stressing over things I can't change.  Besides, most of the things we stress about aren't all that important anyway!

I guess this is my first ever post.  This is a trial post to see if I can back date these.  I have a number of handwritten notes from my trip to Ghana that would be great to get typed in!
